Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Contract Extension:

Extensions can be made to existing reservations via telephone, email, WhatsApp or in person in one of our offices. Extensions not made in person can only be for a maximum of 5 days and may require authorisation and up-front payment. Any extension made for longer than 5 days must be authorised and carried out directly with the car rental branch.

  • Changes to a reservation:

To change an existing reservation you must supply the reservation number which can be found on the confirmation pdf which is sent by email to the email address supplied. Changes are subject to fleet availability.

  • Cancellations:

To cancel an existing reservation you need the reservation number which can be found on the confirmation pdf which is sent by email to the email address supplied to us. Cancellations can only be made up to a minimum of 2 days prior to the pick up time.

  • Early Return:
If you return your vehicle early, you will incurr the costs of 50% of the remaining rental time.
