Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Contract Extension:

Extensions can be made to existing reservations via telephone, email, WhatsApp or in person in one of our offices. Extensions not made in person can only be for a maximum of 5 days and may require authorisation and up-front payment. Any extension made for longer than 5 days must be authorised and carried out directly with the car rental branch.

  • Changes to a reservation:

To change an existing reservation you must supply the reservation number which can be found on the confirmation pdf which is sent by email to the email address supplied. Changes are subject to fleet availability.

  • Cancellations:

When making a reservation  you have 24h to cancel it free of charge. If you were to cancel an existing reservation you can only do it until 7 days before the rental period starts. After then we will not refund any reservation. 

To cancel an existing reservation you need the reservation number which can be found on the confirmation pdf which is sent by email to the email address supplied to us. 

  • Early Return:

Once the client is in possession of the vehicle, the early return of vehicles has a cancellation fee of 50%, i.e. only 50% of the remaining rental period will be refunded, but with a minimum of 1 day.
